This document records the freeze declaration for MPLP v1.0.0 documentation.

1. Declaration
The MPLP Protocol Governance Committee (MPGC) hereby declares the documentation set for MPLP v1.0.0 to be FROZEN and COMPLIANT.
This declaration certifies that the documentation site (docs.mplp.io) has been aligned with the v1.0.0 Protocol Specification according to the Governance-Executable standard.

3. Governance Pivot
This release implements the Section Inheritance Policy (DGP-08 Addendum). Normative sub-pages inherit "Scope" and "Non-Goals" from their Root Document via metadata headers, rather than mechanical content injection. This ensures:
- Zero Semantic Drift: No synthetic content is generated.
- Strict Traceability: Every normative page traces back to a defined Root.
- Machine Verification: Compliance is enforced by
validate-docs.mjs.
